I really value the community of freelancers with Xperitos Connect. I have met new people with a diverse range of skills, and at our quarterly meetings had the chance to share my experience and hear from others. We have also heard from engaging guest speakers on a range of topics. Xperitos Connect provides me with a sense of community with a group of freelancers all experienced in different aspects of healthcare.
One of the highlights of my contracting and freelancing working life is my involvement / engagement with the Xperitos Connect Community. Xperitos Connect is a referral service that connects healthcare businesses with quality freelancers, as and when needed.
What sort of freelancers are you looking for to join the community?
We receive requests from businesses for broad skills and capabilities, across many functions. If you are an experienced professional with rich and relevant healthcare industry skills, and a track record of delivery high quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
How long is a typical engagement?
A flexible and scalable approach allows businesses and freelancers to engage in projects as their situations evolve. Freelancers specify their availability based on current workload and commitments.
How is a conflict of interest addressed?
Freelancers must disclose any conflicts of interest before they join the Xperitos Connect community and before undertaking any project work. Businesses also undertake a conflict of interest check as part of their decision to engage a freelancer.
How will I find out about opportunities for work?
Once a business’ brief is received, we’ll contact freelancers in the community whose skill sets best match the needs. Freelancers who are available and have no conflicts of interest will have their credentials presented to the business client.
What are the fees for becoming part of the Xperitos Connect community?
Freelancers pay an annual membership fee to be part of the community. This helps cover the cost of onboarding sessions and some elements of networking events.
What level of experience do freelancers require to join?
We attract talented and reliable people with track records of delivering high quality work. While our freelancers typically have at least 15 years’ industry experience each, we’d love to hear from you if you have rich and relevant healthcare industry skills.
