A flexible and scalable approach allows businesses and freelancers to engage in projects as their situations evolve. Businesses can bring on freelancers for a day, a month or longer, depending on the need.
What is the process and timeframe for connecting with freelancers?
We understand the time pressures that businesses face and share the same sense of urgency. Once there’s a referral agreement in place, and your brief is received, we’ll connect you with freelancers who have the expertise to complete the work assignment. You review each freelancer’s credentials and decide who’s the best fit.
Is it possible to curate a project team?

How is a conflict of interest addressed?
Freelancers must disclose any conflicts of interest before they join the Xperitos Connect community and before undertaking any project work. It is also essential that you undertake a conflict of interest check as part of your decision to engage a freelancer.
What are the fees for using the Xperitos Connect service?
Businesses pay a referral fee each time a freelancer is engaged in a project. There is no charge if we can’t make a connection.
